About Tiziana..

My name is Tiziana Puglisi and I am a italian cake designer.

I arrived in Spain 8 years ago and the last thing I imagined was finding my passion, pastry.

I worked in a coffe shop, I hardly spoke Spanish and I needed money, one day my boss at that time forced me (because I begged him to ask me for anything but not a cake because I didn't know where to start) to prepare a carrot cake because the girl who was in the kitchen didn't like the way I did it, of course the first one was a total failure until I managed to get a cake worthy of being for sale!

From that moment something changed... I began to train myself at first as a self-taught person and then I continued with professional courses until I got to wedding cakes, which for design and structural reasons are my great passion.

My cakes are avant-garde, up to date with new trends, elegant and modern at the same time.

CAKE FLAVOUR

Tradicional cakes:

  • Red velvet with mascarpone cream.
  • Snickers.
  • Coconut, mango and passion fruit.
  • Spiced apple.
  • Vanilla, italian diplomatic cream and fresh raspberries.
  • Lavender and blueberries.

Vegan cakes:

  • Dark chocolate cake with chocolate italian pastry cream.
  • Lemon, poppy and blueberries.
  • Pear and chocolate


ITALIAN & FRENCH PASTRIES:


  • Lemon and italian meringue tart
  • Craqueline filled with pistachio cream and fresh raspberries
  • Paris brest or Eclair filled with hazelnut cream and salted caramel
  • Tart with custard and fresh fruit
  • Tiramisu with amaretti biscuits
  • Ricotta and chocolate tart
